Rackit offers extended warranty and maintenance programs, designed to provide extensive product support beyond the standard-warranty, for an extended period of time.

Registered users are eligible to purchase a one-year or two-year extended warranty, extending total coverage to three or four years.

• Advance replacement – Quickly receive a replacement unit before sending your malfunctioning product back for repair.
• Expanded technical support – Around-the-clock 24/7 phone-in technical support.
• Extended period for technical support – Extending the eligibility period for free technical support.
• Extended software maintenance – Extending the eligibility period for free software/firmware upgrades and support.

Extended Warranty prices and savings are determined by Rackit's list price and the warranty purchase date.

Extended Warranties can be purchased at the initial product purchase or any time during the standard warranty.

NOTE: Some product exclusions may apply. Cables, computer interface modules and accessories are excluded from extended warranty programs. Please consult with your Rackit sales representative to find out whether your product is eligible for coverage under an Extended Warranty program.
