Avocent Care extended warranty program offers two levels of warranty coverage for up to 4 years, with the added benefit of:

• A comprehensive 1 or 2 year extension of original manufacturer's warranty on hardware
• Express equipment replacements
• Around-the-clock assistance

Standard Warranty

• Free 2-year warranty covers 100% parts and workmanship on hardware
• Phone-in technical support is available 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday CST, excluding holidays.
• The FREE Standard Warranty is available from Avocent on all U.S. product sales
• Standard Warranty coverage begins on date of purchase
• Free 1-year warranty on software (such as DSView) covers support, maintenance and upgrades

Extended Warranty PLUS

• Standard Warranty coverage, plus
• Additional 1 or 2 years of warranty coverage
• Next-business-day* delivery of advance equipment replacement
