ETDs Standard Warranty typically covers parts and workmanship for a period of 1-year.

Extended Warranty Options
Extended Warranty programs are available,  allowing for EDTs (excluding accessories) to be covered under warranty for an extended period of time.

KVM Products / Digital Signage Products

Rackit offers an unconditional 30-days-satisfaction-guarantee — no questions asked — on all KVM products* and Digital Signage products we support, that have been purchased based on a solution configured by a Rackit engineer.

Rock solid performance, and state-of-the-art electronic and networking technology make it possible for our clients to rest assured all KVM switches and extension products we support will perform exactly as expected, and do the job flawlessly.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the performance of any KVM product* or Digital Signage products purchased from Rackit based on a Rackit recommendation, you may return it within 30 days of product delivery, for a full refund of the product's purchase price.

Standard Warranty
Standard Warranty on KVM products and Digital Signage products ranges from one to three years, depending on the product's make and model.  Call your Rackit representative for more information.

Extended Warranty Options
Extended Warranty is an option allowing for KVM switching hardware (excluding cables) and Digital Signage products to be covered under warranty for an extended period of time.

Extended Warranty typically offers Advanced Replacement as well, that guarantees you receive a replacement item before needing to ship the faulty item back for repair.  Extended Warranty also typically offers expanded technical support.

Extended Warranty can typically be purchased anytime within the Standard Warranty period.  Additional coverage features offered under Extended Warranty take immediate effect, even through the original Standard Warranty period.
