New rack-mount PDU models offer greater power-placement flexibility while new 30A Zero-U PDUs support power-hungry servers in the rack
January 12, 2012
Rackit Technology Corporation today introduced new new 'standard' rack-mount and Zero-U PDUs, offering greater power-placement of distributed power and surge protection for the IT environment.
New rack-mount PDUs, rated at 15 or 20 Amps, support 6 or 8 receptacles facing either the front, or the back, or both! High-density 8-15R model now supports eight (8) receptacles rotated 90, four of which are further spaced (2" center-to-center) to accommodate transformers.
New 30 Amp Zero-U PDUs feature either 24 or 36 receptacles in two banks, each protected by a resettable circuit breaker.
