Excess inventory products are offered in specially reduced prices in order to reduce inventory levels.

Excess inventory products are brand new, and come with a one-year original manufacturer’s warranty.

Reconditioned KVM products [R]

Reconditioned KVM products have been on display for a short period of time, in either a showroom or a trade show, and may bear some slight scratches. Some external packaging may be imperfect.

Reconditioned KVM products are in "as new" condition, and come with a one-year manufacturer’s limited warranty, backed up by Rackit.

Reconditioned products are marked with [R] suffix to their part number.

Reconditioned rack products and accessories [R]

Reconditioned rack products and accessories have been on display for a short period of time, in either a showroom or a trade show, or may have been rejected by Quality Assurance due to minor cosmetic defects.

All reconditioned rack products and accessories function their original purpose just as a full-price new product would. Reconditioned rack products and accessories may bear some insignificant dents, slight scratches, or paint chips. Some external packaging may be imperfect.

Reconditioned rack products and accessories come with a one-year Rackit limited warranty.
