DS Vision 3000's serial function facilitates screen power on/off, and bi-directional communication with the screens, allowing an administrator to obtain management information from the system including length of display use and tuning configuration as well as send information to each individual screen.

DS Vision 3000 features a unique centralized management GUI for creating and specifying screen groups, and remotely turning on/off the audio, video and serial signals for screens without serial port connectivity.

The management interface also supports the configuration and control of audio via separate speakers at the display pod.

The hand-held video tuning unit allows local setup screens to be set up quickly and efficiently.

DS Vision 3000 system is available with open protocol, making it deployable with any content management software.

The bidirectional serial capability enables the network administrator to query an individual screen’s event log. Being able to ensure when and where individual screens are working is an important precursor to measuring the quality of advertising effectiveness.
