• Free 2-year warranty covers parts and workmanship
• Telephone and email technical support are available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday
• Available from Rackit on all U.S. sales
• Standard Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase

RackitCare

• A one-year, or two-year extension to the Standard Warranty coverage, PLUS
• Advanced equipment replacement (to replace a faulty product)**

RackitCare can be purchased anytime during the product's original Standard Warranty period at AnyTime (AT) pricing.

To enjoy Product Purchase Day (PPD) discounted pricing, RackitCare must be purchased at the time the product is purchased.*
